Barça completed their final training session before tomorrow's Club World Cup final

The last training session before the final took place this afternoon in Yokohama. Alexis Sánchez, with a niggling injury, worked apart from the group and he’s doubtful for tomorrow’s match.

FC Barcelona returned to work this Saturday at 18.00 hrs at the sport city of the Yokohama Marinos. The team is making final preparations for tomorrow’s final against Santos. Guardiola worked with the 18 available first team players and the Barça B youngsters: Isaac Cuenca, Oier Olazábal and Jonathan dos Santos.

Alexis Sánchez, with a slight muscle injury in the adductor of his left leg, worked apart from the group and is doubtful for the final against Santos. Guardiola will decide whether or not Sanchez will play pending further pre-match fitness tests tomorrow.

The first 15 minutes of practice were open to the media, who flocked to see the first team in their last training session before tomorrow’s match. It’s worth mentioning that the team trained on Friday and Guardiola gave the players time off until 13.30 hrs on Saturday, at which time they ate together before their final training session.

Santos trained at the same time

Santos, FC Barcelona’s rival tomorrow, also finalised their last training session this afternoon before tomorrow’s match. The Brazilians practiced at Yokohama’s International Stadium, where the final will be played, at the same time as FC Barcelona (18.00 hrs, Japanese time). Santos played their semifinal match at Toyota Stadium, therefore this is their first time on the pitch where the final will be played. (via FCBarcelona.cat)
