Leo Messi keeps on winning titles and awards. The latest title to be awarded to the Argentinian came this Friday, when the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) named Barça’s genius striker as the ‘World's Top Goal Scorer’ of 2011. In the past 12 months Messi has scored 19 goals, two more than Falcao, the second place finisher. The award only takes into consideration goals that have been scored in international and Olympic matches and continental tournaments.
