Abidal enjoyed watching Barça handball before going under the knife

Eric Abidal came on Sunday to witness the Palau Blaugrana 'in situ' the match between Barcelona and Montpellier in the Champions League handball.

Barcelona defender was in the box next to the sports director of the section, Enric Masip, and enjoyed watching as a fan over the recital of the azulgranas game, who qualified for quarter finals after winning 36-20.

The Frenchman got a big ovation from the fans who supported her before his speech.

Abidal might enter this Sunday night at a hospital in the Catalan capital to undergo in the next few hours to a liver transplant. (via SPORT)
