Messi played in Bogota friendly against rivals Argentina, Brazil and Spain

The last time Messi was in the Colombian capital was in 2007 when Colombia won 2-1.

Lionel Messi played a friendly match in Bogota called 'Messi and his friends' against a team of international stars set to 'All the World', on June 21 in Bogota, said Friday the organizing company.

"Messi will be in Bogota on June 21 to play a charity match which also is the Colombian Falcao García, plus players from Spain, Argentina and Brazil," told Efe Lorena Petersson, press officer of Total Entertainment, the company responsible the event.

Part of the proceeds from the tickets to this match will go to Lio Messi Foundation, the philanthropic organization created by the player who also is an ambassador for Unicef.

The arrival of Argentine star joins Colombia's visit Atlético Madrid will face Millionaire May 16, and possibly to America on March 19. (via MD)
