Busquets out with an injured knee

The midfielder was carted off the pitch after a collision with a Real Sociedad player.

Sergio Busquets sustained an injury on the inside of his right knee that will require stitches. His recovery will mark his availability for upcoming Cup and League matches.

The Barça midfielder only managed to be on the Camp Nou pitch for seven minutes. He came in, replacing Carles Puyol, in the 68th minute, but after a collision with a Real Sociedad player he needed to come off the pitch. Piqué took the midfielder's spot. (via FCBarcelona.cat)
